Opportunity Youth Forum 2024. The economic and social council (ecosoc) youth forum took place from 16 to 18 april 2024 at the united nations headquarters in new york. The opportunity youth forum was launched in 2012 to leverage momentum of the opportunity youth movement coming out of the white house council on community solutions.
